These quotes refer to a year contract. They cover any damages that might occur to your property and contain NO EXCESS AMOUNT, except damages from earthquakes in which you are responsible for the 4% of the insured capital. For example, a 100 square meters property has an insured capital of 160.000 Euros.

In the event of an earthquake the excess amount is 6.400 Euros (4% of 160.000). The remaining 153.600 Euros are paid by Interamerican. In the event of fire, flood, severe weather etc. there is NO EXCESS AMOUNT, Interamerican compensates you for the total amount.
